In my event design world, there is no, “cookie cutter,” approach . I begin each project with fresh ideas and thoughtful consideration of my client. When it comes to creating spaces timelessness is key.The design of your event should be a reflection of who you are. So much of design can seem daunting because of the excessive amount of choices that are available. I enjoy taking some of the mystery out of design so clients can feel confident through the design process and while at their event.
CELEBRATE IN COLOR
Why pick just one color for your event when you can have them all? Color evokes so many emotions and is absolutely nothing to be afraid of. Celebrating without color is like living without love. We throw away the rule book when designing events, in lieu of the pure joy that brilliance inspires. We can attest that all that glitters is not only gold, but all of the colors in between.
TEXTURE, TEXTURE, TEXTURE
Regardless of what I am working on, texture is a signature feature in all of my designs. I believe textures can tell a story and transform a room. Along with attention to detail, layering has a huge influence on the ambience of a space. Texture engages the senses while decorative accents add flair and charisma to any space. In other words, the beauty is in the details.
There are two things that make a room timeless:
a sense of history and a piece of the future.
